Balsam House Condominium
As part of the Fenelon Lakes Club development, Balsam House condominium is a 4 storey + penthouse low-rise building with luxurious style suites and amenities. Set behind the waterfront townhomes, many of the premium suites were designed to capture the breath-taking sweeping views of Cameron Lake.
The interior design of the suites, common spaces and amenities was a combination of warm natural tones and materials creating a sense of luxury style living meets resort-style comfort.
The main lobby welcomes you with terrazzo inspired porcelain finishes, metallic detailing and wooden accents. As you move to each floor the common areas and corridors maintain the look and feel throughout bringing up some of the same finishes from the main lobby.
